1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of FXBRO’s website, Telegram channels, and related services.

By accessing or using FXBRO services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you should discontinue use immediately.

2. Nature of Services
FXBRO provides:
* General market analysis
* Trade ideas
* Educational trading content
* Structured analytical frameworks
FXBRO does NOT:
* Provide financial advisory services
* Provide investment recommendations
* Manage client funds
* Execute trades on behalf of clients
* Guarantee profits or returns

All information shared through FXBRO, including trade ideas, commentary, and analysis, is general in nature and does not take into account your personal financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance.

You are solely responsible for:

* Your trading decisions
* Your risk management
* Your capital allocation

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading Forex and Gold involves substantial risk and may not be suitable for all individuals.

You acknowledge that:

* Losses may exceed deposits

By using FXBRO services, you accept full responsibility for any trading outcomes.

5. Introducing Broker Disclosure
FXBRO acts as an Introducing Broker (IB) for FxPro.
If you register with FxPro through FXBRO’s referral link:
* FXBRO may receive a commission from FxPro based on trading activity
* This commission is paid by the broker
* There is no additional cost charged by FXBRO for this arrangement
Your trading account, funds, deposits, and withdrawals are handled directly by FxPro.
FXBRO does not hold, control, or access client funds.

6. Swap-Free Eligibility

Certain clients funding USD $50,000 or more through the FXBRO referral link may be eligible for swap-free trading privileges.

Swap-free status:

* Is granted solely at the discretion of FxPro
* Is subject to FxPro’s internal policies
* May be amended or revoked by the broker

FXBRO does not guarantee eligibility.

7. No Guarantee of Results

FXBRO makes no representations or warranties regarding:

* Profitability
* Accuracy of analysis
* Success rate of trade ideas
* Consistency of results

All trading carries risk.

8. User Responsibility

You agree that:

* You are over 18 years old
* You understand the risks of leveraged trading
* You will not hold FXBRO liable for trading losses
* You will trade responsibly and within your financial means

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FXBRO shall not be liable for:

* Trading losses
* Financial damages
* Indirect or consequential losses
* Service interruptions
* Technical errors

Use of FXBRO services is at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, strategy descriptions, and materials provided by FXBRO remain the intellectual property of FXBRO.

* Share premium content without permission

Unauthorized sharing may result in removal from FXBRO services.
