By purchasing any subscription or paid service, you acknowledge and agree that access to digital content, trade analysis, and educational materials is provided immediately upon activation. As such, no refunds, cancellations, or partial reimbursements will be issued once access has been granted.

FXBRO provides:
* Market analysis
* Trade setup information
* Educational content
* Structured trading frameworks
All services are delivered digitally and are considered consumed once access is provided.
Because digital services cannot be “returned,” all payments are non-refundable.

3. No Refunds for Trading Outcomes
FXBRO does not guarantee profits or performance results.
No refunds will be issued based on:
* Trading losses
* Dissatisfaction with trade outcomes
* Market volatility
* Changes in market conditions
* Differences in execution or broker pricing
Trading involves substantial risk. Members are solely responsible for their own trading decisions.

4. Subscription Cancellations
Subscribers may cancel future recurring payments at any time before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation will stop future charges but will not result in a refund of payments already made.
Access will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting FXBRO to resolve the matter may result in:
* Immediate suspension of access
* Permanent termination of membership
* Restriction from future services
FXBRO reserves the right to provide evidence of service delivery to payment processors in the event of a dispute.

6. Broker Relationship
FXBRO operates independently as an introducing partner of FxPro.
Subscription payments made to FXBRO are separate from any trading account relationship with the broker.
FXBRO does not hold, manage, or control client trading funds.

7. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered in cases of:
* Duplicate billing
* Technical system errors resulting in double payment
Any such requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
Approval of exceptional refunds is at the sole discretion of FXBRO.
